Hiring for Cook Helpers who can assist Chefs and help them with their everyday activities. The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate dexterity, cooking skills, multitasking, teamwork, & food storage and preparation knowledge. Emphasis on duties like cleaning the cooking area, maintaining supplies, preparing food, peeling vegetables, collecting waste, tasting dishes, and helping the Senior Cook as needed.
• Assisting head cook in preparing juice, meats, fruits, and preserves
• Weighing and measuring ingredients using platform scale and measuring container
• Transferring material to the cooking area by hand
• Cleaning the cooking kettles and container using water and pressurized steam
• Stir the content in the cooking kettle using a ladle or spoon
• May stack and tally containers
• maintain the work area and equipment
• collect and store the leftover
• manage inventory
• Diploma in Engineering in Welding Engineering, Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Welding Engineering
Arc Welding, Argon Welder, Gas Welder, Mig/ Tig Welding, QA/ QC Welding, Quality Control Management, Strategic Management
• At least 5 year(s)
