Looking for a skilled sewing machine operator who can operate sewing machines to perform garment sewing operations, such as joining, reinforcing, or decorating garments or garment parts, inspect and repair finished products, record accurately the materials used, attach elastic, cord, zippers, hooks, buttons, prepare materials for machine embroidery and other automatic embellishment, troubleshoot basic machinery problems and request service or repairs as needed, meet or exceed consistent daily and weekly output and quality goals.
• Take measurement of materials for production accuracy
• Fix accessories such as buttons, zippers, etc on finished products
• Clean sewing machines continuously to avoid them getting rusty or bad
• Inspect equipment, structures, and production materials to identify the reason for errors in production and other defects that may arise
• Promote personal hygiene by keeping production environment clean
• Understand and follow safety rules, directions, and company procedures
• Place order for production materials when in shortage
• Distribute finished products to clients as arranged
• Inspect production equipment
• Diploma in Engineering in Welding Engineering, Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Welding Engineering
Arc Welding, Argon Welder, Gas Welder, Mig/ Tig Welding, QA/ QC Welding, Quality Control Management, Strategic Management
• At least 5 year(s)
